Attorney Alfred Dynia, one of our partners, is admitted to the Illinois bar and practices in the areas of creditors' rights, real estate law, and short sale negotiations. He has a master's degree in taxation and is a certified public accountant (CPA). He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Illinois CPA Society.
Another partner, attorney Jeffrey Budzik, is admitted to the Illinois bar and the Florida bar. He is a member of the National Association of Retail Collections Attorneys (NARCA), and the Association of Collection Attorneys (ACA). He practices in the areas of creditor's rights, real estate law, and short sale negotiations.
Associate attorney William Fischer joined our practice in 2010 and focuses on criminal defense and civil litigation, with an emphasis on fast track legal collections. He is an former Cook County States Attorney and has several years of experience prosecuting criminal matters. Having developed a wealth of knowledge in the States Attorney's office, Bill is well-equipped to handle all manner of criminal defense matters and collections lawsuits.
Additionally, we have registered offices and licensed attorneys throughout the country to service our creditor's rights practice.
